Our journey started at Greenlake, home to Mighty-O’s first brick-and-mortar cafe. We opened in 2003, fueled by the hopes and dreams of a brand-new business. The early years were a hustle: we baked around the clock, crafted all our glazes and mixes from scratch in small batches, and even managed our own deliveries right from the Greenlake shop. It was our original test kitchen, a place where ideas came to life. We’re proud to have grown with the support and feedback of our amazing community.
