About This Role:

A launch-pad role for a recent grad (or someone with equivalent experience) interested in growing sales. You’ll split your time between in-store operations and outside sales trained directly by our Sales Manager.

What You’ll Do:

In-Store (15–20 hrs/week)

• Work shifts (focus Thurs–Sat) and execute promotions, product launches, and in-store events
• Coordinate large orders and catering pickups
• Support store operations and spot business opportunities

Sales & Local Marketing (15–20 hrs/week)

• Outreach to local offices, nonprofits, event planners, and schools (cold + warm)
• Conduct in-person sales visits and product drop-offs to introduce Mighty-O products and secure new accounts
• Maintain relationships with existing accounts by conducting regular check-ins, resolving issues, and identifying upselling opportunities
• Manage catering inquiries and build order pipeline
• Coordinate tastings, partnerships, pop-ups, and local campaigns
• Work with Leanne to track pipeline and weekly sales performance

Hours flex week-to-week, ~35–40 total.

Who You Are

• Degree in business, marketing, sales, communications, or related field—or equivalent experience
• Outgoing and comfortable with cold outreach (you don’t avoid the phone)
• Organized enough to juggle store ops + a sales pipeline
• Care about hitting weekly/monthly targets
• Coachable, hungry, reliable

What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)

• Provides outstanding retail service
• 10–15 cold outreach calls/emails to local targets
• Conduct consistent outreach through in-person visits, networking, email, and phone calls
• 1–2 catering orders closed
• Assist online marketing/social platforms such as Google Business, Nextdoor, & Facebook.
• One owned local marketing push (event, partnership, or promo)

Compensation

• $22/hour base
• Tips
• Bonus structure TBD based on catering/wholesale performance
• $50K–$65K
• Flexible 35–40 hr/week schedule
